Territory of the City of Ozamiz.

Section 2

SEC. 2. Territory of the City of Ozamiz.—The City of Ozamiz which is hereby created, shall comprise the present territorial jurisdiction of the municipality of Misamis, in the Province of Misamis Occidental. The President of the Philippines may, by executive order, increase the territory of the City of Ozamiz by adding thereto such contiguous barrios or municipalities as may be necessary and desirable in the public interest.
