Territory of the City of Dumaguete.

Section 2

SEC. 2. Territory of the City of Dumaguete.—The City of Dumaguete which is hereby created, shall comprise the present territorial jurisdiction of the municipality of Dumaguete in the Province of Oriental Negros. The President of the Philippines may, by executive order, increase the territory of the City of Dumaguete by adding thereto such contiguous barrios as may be necessary and desirable in the public interest.
