SEC. 2. Item (m), page 532, under Subsection (e), Section two, entitled "For Reconstruction, Improvement and Repair of Nation Wide Selected Projects," for the Province of Negros Oriental, of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows: "(m) Tapon Elementary School, Larena Construction and/or improvement P5,000.00 "(mm)Building for Home Industries Projects, Larena 5,000.00"
