SECTION 1. The following sums or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated out of the general funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to be spent subject to the provisions hereinafter set forth, for the purposes specified hereunder: (a) For the reconstruction or repair of totally or partially damaged radio station buildings, and for the completion of reconstruction of station buildings P200,000.00 (b) For the reconstruction of pre-war radio-telegraph installations not yet provided for, and setting up new ones in important localities requiring radio communication service, as well as improvement of certain existing stations to serve as relay for new ones, including purchase of telecommunications equipment and materials, cost of installation, maintenance and operations thereof 250,000.00 (c) For the reconstruction of pre-war wire-telegraph lines, construction of new lines, and establishment of necessary stations, including purchase of equipment and materials and maintenance and operation thereof 550,000.00
