SEC. 2. Item (db), page 663, Group I, subparagraph 53, for the Province of Tarlac, paragraph c, Section two of the same Act, is hereby amended to read as follows: "(db) Camposanto 2nd Barrio School, Moncada, Tarlac Construction, repair and/or improvement P5,000.00"
