SECTION 1, The Secretary of Public Works and Communications shall cause to be constructed in the City of Manila a suitable building for a Geriatrics Center, in accordance with specifications furnished by the Philippine Federation of Private Medical Practitioners. For this purpose, the sum of two hundred fifty thousand pesos is appropriated out of any funds, in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
