Section 10

SEC. 10. The same Act is amended by adding after Section twenty-one, a new section to be known as Section twenty-one-A which shall read as follows: "SEC. 21-A. Assistant City Treasurer.&mdashThere shall be an Assistant City Treasurer whose duties shall be to act as City Treasurer in the event of the sickness, absence or other temporary incapacity of the City Treasurer, and shall perform such other duties as may be assigned to him by the City Treasurer or prescribed by law or ordinance. He shall receive a salary of four thousand eight hundred pesos a year."
