SEC. 2. The title of the same Act is also amended to read as follows: "An Act granting the Manila Times Publishing Company, Inc., a temporary permit to construct, maintain and operate private fixed point-to-point, private coastal, land-based and land mobile radio stations for the reception and transmission of radio communications within the Philippines."
