Section 8

SEC. 8. The following section shall be inserted between Sections twenty-one and twenty-two of the same Act. "SEC. 21-A. Assistant city treasurer.—In the office of the city treasurer, there shall be an assistant city treasurer whose compensation shall not exceed four thousand two hundred pesos per annum."
