SEC. 2. The amount appropriated herein shall be carried in the annual budget of the Department of Labor beginning the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-two-nine-teen hundred sixty-three as an addition to the sum of eighty-four thousand seven hundred pesos appropriated by Republic Act Numbered Thirty-one hundred.
