SEC. 2. The incumbent Solicitor General and all incumbent Assistant Solicitors General and Solicitors occupying positions affected by the preceding section at the time of the effectivity of this Act, shall continue to occupy their respective positions and receive the salary increase herein provided without the necessity of any new appointment.
