Authority to purchase motor vehicles.

Section 11

SEC. 11. Authority to purchase motor vehicles.—No appropriation authorized in this Act shall be used for the purchase of automobiles, jitneys, jeeps, station wagons, motorcycles and other motor vehicles unless otherwise specifically provided in this Act notwithstanding the authority given in Section fourteen hereof to the office concerned to use, operate and maintain government motor vehicles.
