SEC. 2. The title of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows: "An Act granting the Cagayan Electric Power and Light Co., Inc., a franchise to install, operate, and maintain an electric light, heat and power system in the municipalities of Tagoloan and Opol and in the City of Cagayan de Oro and its suburbs."
