Section 1

SECTION 1. The fifteenth paragraph of Section forty-nine of Republic Act Numbered Two hundred ninety-six. Otherwise known as "The Judiciary Act of 1948," as amended, is further amended to read as follows: "The Fifteenth Judicial District, of the Provinces of Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur and Agusan, Butuan City, the Province of Oriental Misamis, Cagayan de Oro City, the Provinces of Bukidnon and Lanao and the Cities of Iligan and Marawi; and"
