Section 20

SEC. 20. Whenever it shall appear to the President of the Philippines that any portion of the enumeration and Census provided for in this Act is incomplete or erroneous, He may cause such incomplete and unsatisfactory enumerations and Census to be amended or, retaken under such methods as may, in his discretion, be practicable.
