SECTION 1. The Moalboal Provincial High School located in the Municipality of Moalboal, Province of Cebu, is hereby converted into a national school of fisheries, to be known as the Moalboal Southern Cebu National School of Fisheries and to be headed by a fishery school principal. The Secretary of Education is hereby empowered to reorganize said school accordingly.
