SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation and maintenance of the said school for the fiscal nineteen hundred sixty-three to nineteen hundred sixty-four. Thereafter, the necessary sum for the operation and maintenance of the said school shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.
