SEC. 25. In addition to the amount of the current appropriation for the Agricultural Economics Division of the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources, there is hereby appropriated the sum of one million five hundred thousand pesos out of any funds of the National Treasury for the operation and maintenance of the Bureau.
