Item (36), page 3, paragraph a, Title A, Section one of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred one, Item (ap), page 406, Group I, subparagraph 26, for the Province of Laguna, paragraph d, Section two of the same Act, are amended, to read as follows: "(36) Jose Rizal National Shrine, Calamba, Laguna P10,000.00 "(ap) Jose Rizal National Shrine, Calamba, Improvement P5,000.00"
