SECTION 1. The present Palawan National Agricultural School in the Municipality of Aborlan, Province of Palawan, is hereby converted into a national agricultural college, to be known as the Palawan National Agricultural College, which will offer not only four-year secondary home economics one year farm mechanics and other special courses, but also a two-year course leading to the title of Associate in Agriculture and/or Agricultural Education and courses leading to the degrees of Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Bachelor of Science in Home Economics, Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education, Master of Science (with majors in the different agricultural sciences) and Master of Agricultural Education.
