SEC. 2. The title of Republic Act Numbered Thirty-one hundred sixty-eight is amended to read as follows: "An Act granting the Southern Industrial Projects, Inc., a temporary permit to construct, maintain and operate private fixed point-to-point, coastal, land-based, aeronautical and land mobile radio stations for the reception and transmission of radio communications from Manila to the Municipality of Cortes, Province of Bohol, and vice-versa."
