SEC. 2. Item (a), Group III, page 255, subparagraph 4, for the Province of Albay, paragraph c, Section two of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows: "(a) For the construction of school buildings with pre-fabricated steel framings in the Third District of Albay ---------------------------------------------------------- P250,000.00"
