SEC. 5. The grantee shall be liable to pay the same taxes on his real property, buildings, and personal proper other persons or corporation are now or hereafter may required by law to pay. The grantee shall further be liable to pay all other taxes imposable under the National Internal Revenue Code by reason of this franchise.
