SEC. 2. Item (c) page 481, Group III, sub-paragraph 31, for the City of Manila, paragraph c, Section two of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows: "(c) Nicanor Reyes, Sampaloc, from Claro M. Recto Avenue to Espana Street Improvement of lighting system and equipment P50,000.00"
