SECTION 1. The President of the Philippines, is hereby authorized to sell to the National Development Company, a government-owned corporation, for a nominal price of one peso, a parcel of public domain constituting the Pines Hotel site with an area of 34,762 square meters and more particularly designated as Lot 4, Plan Swo-19505, portion of Lot No. 100-New of Flan BAD-1311.
