SEC. 2. Section two of the same Act, as amended is hereby further amended to read as follows: "SEC. 2. The municipal judges shall be entitled to thirty days vacation leave with pay for each year of service. "Any provision of law to the contrary notwithstanding the designation of the positions of municipal judges in chartered cities in the Philippines is hereby changed to that of city judges, and that of the municipal courts to that of city courts."
