SEC. 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of the said school for the fiscal year beginning nineteen hundred sixty-four. In subsequent years, the yearly General Appropriation Acts shall provide for its operation and maintenance.
