SEC. 7. The amount of one million five hundred thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the initial implementation of this Act, and such amounts as shall thereafter be needed shall be included in the annual appropriations of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
