Section 3

SEC. 3. Subsection (i) of Section four of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 4. The Commission shall have the following powers, functions, and duties: "(i) To acquire, lease or own such real and personal property as it deems necessary and to sell or otherwise dispose of the same."
