Section 104

SEC. 104. Repealing clause,&mdashCommonwealth Act Numbered Fifty-eight, as amended, and all laws or parts of laws, executive orders and proclamations or parts thereof inconsistent with any of the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.
