Article 330

ART. 330. The father and in a proper case the mother, shall lose authority over their children: (1) When by final judgment in a criminal case the penalty of deprivation of said authority is imposed upon him or her; (2) When by a final judgment in legal separation proceedings such loss of authority is declared.
