Section 3

SEC. 3. The ceramic processing plant shall have a chief who shall be known as the Chief Ceramic Technologist and such other personnel as may be necessary. They shall be appointed by the Chairman of the National Science Development Board, upon recommendation of the Commissioner of the National Institute of Science and Technology and subject to the approval of the said Board. The Chief Ceramic Technician shall be responsible for the effective operation of the ceramic processing plant. He shall be under the operational direction and supervision of the Commissioner of the National Institute of Science and Technology.
