Section 20

SEC. 20. Accounts waived.—Upon petition of the guar¬dian and after due notice to the Chief Attorney of the Veterans Administration, the Court, may, in its discretion, waive the filing of annual accounting in any case, for good cause shown, for a period of not to exceed five years, however, such waiver shall not relieve the guardian from filing an accounting with the Veterans Administration annually, satisfactory to the Chief Attorney.
