SECTION 1. There shall be established under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services, an emergency hospital in the Municipality of Cauayan, Province of Isabela, to be known as Cauayan Isabela Emergency Hospital. The site for the said hospital shall be provided by the municipal council of the Municipality of Cauayan, in consultation with the Director of Medical Services.
