SEC. 2. To carry out the purpose of this Act, there is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of ten thousand one hundred four pesos which shall be spent as follows: (a) One special deputy register of deeds I P2.676.00 (b) One clerical aide...................................1,548.00 (c) One janitor................................ ...........1,440.00 (d) One laborer...........................................1,440.00 (e) Sundry expenses............................. ......3,000.00 Such sums as may be necessary for the same purpose in subsequent years shall be included in the Annual General Appropriations Act
