SEC. 3. The sixth paragraph of Section fifty-four of the same Act, as amended, is further amended to read as follows: "Eighth Judicial District: The judge shall hold special term at the Municipalities of Lubang, Mamburao and San Jose, Mindoro Occidental; Roxas, Mindoro Oriental, once every year, as may be determined by him."
