SEC. 6. All items of personal, offices, properties, monies, and such other appropriations included in the original UNICEF Administrative Committee, as created by President of the Philippines and as embodied in Republic Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred, are hereby absorbed and transferred to the National Committee.
