SEC. 2. The positions provided for in this Act shall supersede all positions of inspector of the Bureau of Posts provided for in the current general appropriation act, and the additional amount needed for adjusting the present positions so as to conform with those provided for in this Act may be drawn from any sum set aside for the expansion and improvement of the postal service in the fiscal year 1949-1950.
