Reciprocity.

Section 32

SEC. 32. Reciprocity.—No foreign engineer shall be admitted to examination, be given a certificate of registration or be entitled to any of the rights or privileges under this Act, unless the country of which he is a subject or citizen specifically permits Filipino engineers to practice within its territorial limits on the same basis as the subjects or citizens of each country.
