Section 6

SEC. 6. Section two, Part B, Title VI, of the same Act is amended to read as follows: "SEC. 2. Service allowances in lieu of per diems.—When meals are included in the fare on any carrier, no per diems shall be allowed but service allowances equal to fifty per centum of the per diems authorized shall be payable to the traveler."
