Prohibition against "conflict-of-interest".

Section 22

SEC. 22. Prohibition against "conflict-of-interest".—No member of the Board shall be financially interested, directly or indirectly, in any contract entered into by the Authority or in any special privilege granted by the Authority during his term of office. Violation of this prohibition shall constitute a ground for dismissal.
