Section 7

SEC. 7. This Act shall take effect on July one, nineteen hundred sixty-four: Provided, however, That the salary increases of the President of the Senate and of the Speaker of the House of Representatives shall take effect on the effectivity of salary increase of Congressmen and Senators. Approved, June 20, 1961.
