SEC. 5. Penalty for failure to comply with lawful duties towards the bureau and/or office. &mdash Persons concerned in the implementation of this Act who fail to perform their duties accordingly shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than six hundred pesos or by imprisonment for not more than one year, or both, at the discretion of the court.
