SEC. 2. For the purpose of establishing the aforementioned national agricultural high school, one hundred fifty hectares of the Puson Hacienda in the southern part of Rosario, La Union, is hereby authorized to be expropriated by the national government at a price set by the Appraisal Committee of the Province of La Union.
