SEC. 2. Section two of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 2. The Director of Public Schools shall reorganize the school division of the Mountain Province into three school divisions commencing with the school year nineteen hundred sixty-five to nineteen hundred sixty-six, in accordance with the provisions of this Act."
