Contents of Certificate of Registration.

Section 20

SEC. 20. Contents of Certificate of Registration. — All certificates of registration shall state the full name of the registrant, shall have a serial number, and shall be signed by all members of the Board and the Commissioner of Civil Service as Executive Officer of the Board, and shall be attested by the official seal. Further, that issuance of the certificate of registration by the Board to a registrant shall be evidence that the person named therein is entitled to all the rights and privileges of a registered mining engineer or registered foreman, as the case may be, while said certificate remains unrevoked or unsuspended.
