SEC. 6. The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos authorized to be appropriated under Republic Act Numbered Thirty-five hundred and thirty out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, is hereby transferred to Lucban National High School for its maintenance and operation. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
