Section 2
SEC. 2. Section two of Republic Act Numbered Eleven hundred and twenty-four is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 2. The Board of National Education shall be composed of eight members as follows: The Secretary of Education The Chairman of the Committee on Education in the House of Representatives The Chairman of the Committee on Education in the Senate The President of the University of the Philippines and Four other members who shall be appointed by the President of the Philippines with the consent of the Commission on Appointments, one from each of the following groups: Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines ; Muslim Association of the Philippines; Philippine Association of Christian Schools; Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities."
