Removal of Board Members.

Section 9

SEC. 9. Removal of Board Members.—The President of the Philippines may, upon recommendation of the Commissioner of Civil Service, suspend or remove any member of the Board for continued neglect of duty, incompetence, commission or tolerance of irregularities in the examination, malpractice, or unprofessional or dishonorable conduct, after having given the member concerned an opportunity to be heard and/or defend himself in a proper administrative investigation.
