Change of government.

Section 90

SEC. 90. Change of government.—The city government provided for in this Charter shall be organized on such a date as may be fixed by the President of the Philippines. The incumbent Mayor, Vice-Mayor and members of the municipal council of the Municipality of General Santos shall continue in office as the Mayor, Vice-Mayor, and members of the Municipal Board of the city, respectively, until the expiration of their present terms of office.
